Haixin Insland is a small island located directly south of the Huacheng square and north of the Canton Tower. It can be reached by foot or APM line station with its own name. Not accessible by car.

Haixin Island (海心沙)
Haixin Island itself is very small and comes with just a few things to do. However Haixin Island serves as connection point between many major attractions. You will find Huacheng Square going up north from Haixin Square and you will also have the best view on the Canton Tower which is right on the other side of Haixin Island. But that is not it, there is the newly build Haixin Bridge, bringing you directly to said Canton tower and there is also Er Sha Island directly besides Haixin Island.
If you are visiting the famous attractions in Tianhe, you will most likely end in Haixin Island. You can also use it as your starting point and walk northwards or southwards. Not to forget that you might have the best riverside view in Guangzhou from Haixin Island.
