Guizhou Huaxi Beef Noodles
Travelling in China and Guangzhou comes with a constant struggle to find suitable food. Restaurants and street food in Guangzhou are less often deep fried or with lots of Chili Oil, but still often are. A savory noodle soup can be a calming and warming surprise for the stomach. There are many rice noodles in broth stalls, and this one is personally recommended by my wife. Which is great, as the area around Dongshankou is famous for a lot, but not for an easy plate of more or less “normal” food. Those must be the downside of being an well visited area. So if you are up for a good and easy bowl of rice noodles walking through Dongshankou, visit Guizhou Huaxi Beef Noodles!
