Waffles Daily have at least two stores in Guangzhou. One being marked on the map right in the mall below the four seasons, and the second one not on the map but right in the center of the neighborhood south of Tiyu Xilu. See on the map below.

My new favorite store in Guangzhou! I might be biased though as I grew up very close to Liege and we visited Liege every weekend for the large market next to the river. Waffle and Frites included. So If they open a Fries shop next to it I will surely be gaining 10kg within one month from now.
Waffles Daily seems to be a quite new bakery in Guangzhou and they do offer Liege style waffles plain or with toppings. So far my Map tells me that there are two stores, both in Tianhe district. Apart from waffles you can also get a drip coffee there, but as usual the coffee in Bakeries or Pastry stores is more expensive than it would be in a coffee shop.
The waffles itself are surely the best ones I had in Guangzhou so far but again, I might be biased. Liege Waffles are more thick and heavy plus they do have a bit of crunch to it as they use crystal sugar.
At the end it is a simple waffle. If you are from Belgium you might get a nostalgic kick, if not you might find it a bit boring and opt for a more interesting snack. But I do recommend to get one if you pass by this waffle store in Guangzhou.
