This hidden cafe is located in a very hard to unsee building located right next to Gongyuan Qian station. Accessible by line 1 and 2.

Tower Top Cafe (塔顶Cafe)
Exiting the Gongyuan Qian station through exit A will lead you in front of a huge building. To enter the cafe you will need to walk on the other side of this building where the cars are parking and then take the lift to the highest floor. You will then enter a garden that belongs to a residential area. Walk through the garden and take the another lift on the other side, below the tower.
Entering the cafe you will first see a large room with couches, walls of board games and many tables. This itself looks really pleasing as you could easily spend every evening here trying a new boardgame.
But the main attraction is the second floor or better said the terrace. It goes around the tower and offers a stunning view of Guangzhou, Baiyun mountain and the surrounding old-town.
The coffee itself is good, nothing special but also not bad. The view is what it makes one of the most special cafe in Guangzhou. We recommend to visit it early on the weekend or on a workday as it can be very crowded in the afternoon on a weekend.
