Ao Guan Swimming Pool
Ao Guan swimming pool is part of the Aolongpu sports complex which also offers a badminton hall and running track. However their swimming pool is definitely their highlight. Well, if you are there for swimming, as this swimming pool in Guangzhou is only for pulling lanes. It is a pretty standard 50 meter pool with good filter. Compared to some gym pools I never had kin irritations there.
The good and somehow surprising thing is, that this central located swimming pool in yuexiu district of Guangzhou is not overly crowded. Which might be due to the fact, that it does not offer space for “just playing”. You can go there for a swim in hot Guangzhou and that’s that. Very recommend to do so btw!
The price for one time swimming is 40 RMB but they also offer monthly cards, rechargeable cards and other types which provide discount if you want to go out swimming often in this great swimming pool in Guangzhou.
