Lanzhou Beef Noodles
There are several blogs, YouTuber and more that talked about these Noodle shops before. In Guangzhou you can dominantly find two chain stores offering Lanzhou La Mian. The one from the picture which some seems to be the “original” and another with green Logo that just calls itself Beef Noodles. There are many non-chain Halal Beef Noodle stores offering similar food as well.
In general you can get three kind of Halal dishes in Lanzhou Pulled Noodle Restaurants. Dry Noodles without soup, Noodle Soups and Rice. Each dish comes with an option of these 3. So you could get spicy sour vegetables with either just noodles, on rice or in Noodle Soup. However, we highly recommend to not go with rice, at the end it is a noodle specialty restaurant.
