Ming Kee Restaurant (西关明记)
Ming Kee is a classic cantonese Restaurant where the slogan “taste of Guangzhou” is more than true. You can find all classic Guangzhou dishes like Zhou which is a type of porridge. You can find chang fen and also many other dishes, fried buns and more snacks. Cantonese food is probably the easiest to digest from all of the Chinese cuisines, with many steamed dishes, and less seasoning or spice level.
Ming Kee is the type of Restaurant that bring classic local Guangzhou street food classics in good quality on your plate, while creating a nice flair with clean and flashy vibe. You will also find all of the classics in one place, whereas small restaurants often only specialize in one dish.
