Tongxiang Hunan Restaurant (同湘会)
If you have been to China for a bit, you are familiar with this type of Mall Restaurants. There are several chains that offer great food for a fair price all over Guangzhou and all over China. Often these are local chains that grew within the city and can be found in 2, 3 or 4 districts.
Tongxiang is one of these restaurants, and as teased before, their food is great. You get a beautiful decorated place on the upper floor of a mall, with a good choice of different dishes.
Hunan food especially is one of our favourite Chinese cuisines. Simply but fragrant, like the fried eggplant we had.
If you are travelling to Guangzhou, looking for a nice looking restaurant that is not to expensive. Tongxiang can be a wise choice if nearby to wherever you are staying in Guangzhou.
