Yujian Noodles
Each of us has a certain dish or food in mind while traveliing to another country. For people visiting Guangzhou it might be Dim Sum, and for some visiting China it might be Hot Pot or a spicy bowl of noodles.
And if you think of it, Yujian is the perfect choice for any traveler in China. Their noodles are spicy, but not extremely exotic. The ingredients are known and apart from chili oil, you can choose between different meat or just beans.
So if you want to check your spicy noodle checklist, Yujian is a place to go. Also, as one of the larger food chains in Guangzhou, you will surely find a branch nearby wherever you are.
The ordering process is extremely easy as well. You just need to scan the QR code on their table with Alipay or WeChat and then use their mini program to order. All dishes are translated to English.
Be aware, they serve Chongqing style spicy noodles which are made with Szechuan pepper. So your lips will be slightly numb after eating these spicy noodles in Guangzhou or anywhere in China.
