Established in 1959, it was acquired by Guangzhou Haiyin Industrial Group in May 2001 for 389 million yuan and subsequently renamed Hayin (Highsun) Binbin Plaza. This plaza has long been a leader in Guangzhou’s garment industry, serving as a high-end clothing distribution center for both the city and the country.
