Livin’ Room
On first sight you might not be sure what this place is. Placed in an area were you can find many coffee shops in Guangzhou, this place stands somewhat out, but not enough to understand whats going on. This so called public living room belongs to a interior design company next door and serves as public learning space or public office in Guangzhou. You can get a coffee and other drinks there, but you will mostly see people there working. In fact, on the weekend most tables are filled with someone and his laptop.
The fact that there are single tables and larger tables, makes it a very suitable co-working space and you can find something for yourself or meet with people working together. This co working space in Guangzhou also offers meet ups and open mic nights after “work” around 9 in the evening.
