Yin Ji is an institution in Guangzhou and one of the oldest Chang Fen chains in the city. You will find them throughout Guangzhou and always be sure to get a fresh and good Cantonese rice noodle roll there for a good price. It must be one of the most frequented cantonese restaurants in Guangzhou by locals, as this chang fen chain is packed with people every morning and even at lunch time.
We have a branch just downstairs out apartment and we go there every time when we are not up for cereal at home. At least 3-4 times a months and its always good.
