This small but very cozy cafe is located near jiangnanxi station of line 2. If you walk from exit c direction crossing, just go straight and cross the small river. Turn left to the neighbourhood and then first small alley right.

It is difficult to write new articles about different coffee stores as there are mostly nuances different. Some offer different taste, some offer generally more drinks and some have cake or even pizza.
Whoopee! Coffee is somewhere in the middle, it offers a variety of different beans you can choose from, making it suitable for coffee lovers who know what they want. The owner speaks English well and could recommend me a good cup of coffee.
The biggest plus of whoopee coffee is the location. Hidden in our neighbourhood with a decent inside area and a extremely relaxing veranda. The red painted house and the benches directly under greenery inside the neighbourhood gives you a holiday feeling even if you are working there.
Side note: 2022 when Haizhu district was under lockdown, and we could not go to the office, me and my wife sat everyday working on the veranda of this cafe. Even though the cafe was not open, you could still ring the bell and get a coffee for “take-away”.
The prices of whoopee coffee Guangzhou are a bit higher than other stores nearby and actually quite pricey. However, you pay the same prices at starbucks and wont get the same atmosphere there. Also it is important to support your local business.
